It's been over 18+ days, I returned two products from two different orders. Both of which were successfully received by the company yet the have not processed my refund.
Their customer care keeps repeating the same robotic message - "It will reflect in 4-5 working days". They never respond to emails. Recently they re-started their Instagram page, which they again shut down. I am afraid I will never see my money again! Was this information helpful? |
