Forever 21 — no action on refund for last 7 days

Ordered an item from forever 21 on june 9th and returned it after 2-3 days due to poor material and fitting. The item took 8 days to reach firstly. Then after that it’s been 7 days since my return: 1592474 has reached your warehouse yet i

Very very poor customer support service. The worst i have witnessed.

I have been contacting your executives over the phone since 21st of this month after the product reached your warehouse on 19th but not a single person is able to provide a resolution. They don’t even have any update regarding my refund. Such a big brand and so so poor customer service management. I don’t know what to do now. I have never faced such harassment from any website regarding refund.

Give me my money back. Bunch of frauds.
