Forever 21 — refund problems

I order a pants on forever21 on 30 jan 2020 through net banking. So i refund it because of size mistake and they say it will take time and it's already 25february 2020 and i received i will get in 3 business days on 19feb2020 but it's already more than 3 days. And i call customer service again and they say they already refund my money it didn't reflect in my account yet and they didn't even send me that receipts.
