We came to the hospital at 1 o'clock. Had to consult Dr. Sandeep Gupta, Urologist. But it's 4:30 and the doctor hasn't come yet.

I Mohan Singh, a retired Air Force personnel made my father admitted (through my younger brother) in Fortis escorts hospital NIT Faridabad on 07 Dec 21 for Hernia operation. I also took the appointment one week prior, for the same. Doctors carried out the operation with thorough professionalism and great care. I am grateful and thankful to them from my deepest core of heart.
But l am very sad by the arbitrary and disrespectful behaviour of hospital management. As per ECHS facilities, me and my dependents are authorised for Semi- Private room facilities. Immediately after operation the hospital management shifted my father to the general ward, without even verbally informing me on the issue, whereas l took the permission for the operation one week in advance. However, for the formality sake they made me to sign so many documents. Though it was not an emergency and also prior appointment was obtained for it, still they failed to provide the authorised facilities. When enquired the concerned staff, they behaved arbitrarily and in a very rude manner by giving the reason of non availability of rooms, hence shifted to general ward.

I am quite disheartened by this incident. How can they curtail/ deny the authorised facilities of govt of India.

Please look into the matter. Waiting for a prompt response and action in this regard.

I was given only 4 remedisvir for covid treatment but billing is done for 6 vials.
During my discharge, just to make money I was shifted to ICU (since charge was 12, 500 instead of covid general ward 3500).

I booked an online appointment for my dad on 30 April for 1 May at 11:30 am and paid Rs 1500 for the same.

On the next day i.e. 1 May at 11:30 am, i didnt get any call from the doctor and i tried calling Fortis hospital a lot of times to know the issue and no one picked the call.
This happened multiple times and i tried calling them again and again but no one answered.

I request you to kindly look into this and resolve the issue. I'm attaching my appointment proof with you for your convenience. I'm also attaching the screenshot of the payment that i made for this appointment via Paytm

My Father discharged from Hospital on 6th Feb UHID:10483996, Total refund amount is Rs11219/-, Hospital staff told me to wait 25 days for refund. but I have not received my refund. Strange thing is that in hospital helpline number no one respond as I was trying this number [protected] either once they pick phone and put on hold everytime. only appointment and admission people attend call.
This is not the way of working with such reputed hospitals.
My sincere request you to kindly reslove my issue and check at your end also why they people are not pick phone.

I am writing to request copies of my son's medical records. He was treated in your Hospital and he died during surgery .

Please provide his medical reports and every test report

Dr. Sadhna, Dr. Iyer, Dr. Tarun Raman Raina - my son's report (CT angio, ECO, ECG, BLOOD TEST REPORTS, X-RAY) which were performed on 24/7/2019 without admission during checkup and these all reports submitted by them during his death day and they didn’t give us back after our request.

I understand I may be charged a reasonable fee for copying the records, but that I will not be charged for time spent locating the records .

This is totally inhuman how can you charge for copies of medical records of a deceased person that too of 20 years of age.

Kindly give details of charges for this inhuman activity.

I had an appointment scheduled on 07/08/2019 for surgery with Dr.Iyer

After That I lost my child after surgery they done.

My son is 2 years old, has vsd and he is now in a critical stage. His p. A pressure is excessively high. At the time of discharge, we were asked to send his lft report after one month from discharge as the dose given to him may affect his lever.

Our patient is admitted in fortis escort hospital but the services of this now very poor, staff is very short in the hospital, wash room are dirty, nurses don’t care the patient properly. Fooding service is also very poor, most of the attendants of patient are not satisfied with the services of hospital. Her behavior was so rude and challenging. Why this type of blackmail. You should maintain your own mechanism rather than harassing patient. I went to Fortis Hospital, Jaipur to get consultancy of Dr. Ankit Mathur For my daughter at 10 AM on 10/04/2018.
I pay Rs.500 for his consultancy under Bill Number 1102/18/O/Cs/0003977.
I was informed by the person on counter outside his chamber that Dr. Ankit Bansal will be there in his chamber within 5-10 minutes. It was the repeated answer by the person at counter till around one hour. After that I made a call to Dr. Ankit Bansal to know how much more time I need to wait, by getting his number from his prescription.
But against to my expectations to a Doctor, he replied very rudely that "How dare you to call me directly, you should ask to receptionist only, he knows everything about me". I said that he is saying 10 minutes, 10 minutes every time, then I got your number from your prescription and make a call.
Dr. Ankit Bansal again rudely replied "if the number is there means you will pick the phone and call me, I am not easily available" etc etc.
And around after 30 minutes he arrived to his chamber and again talked like a illiterate person & said "I am not a general physician and not easily available for you. For future if you want to get my consultancy, you have to accept this rule and will not make a call to me. also said that it is INDIA, and if we will be in USA, after 5 PM the Doctor is noy available for you."
Now I want to ask you that why you mentioned the mobile number of a Doctor to your Hospital'' prescription, if a patient can't make a call to him. And while a Doctor is giving the example o[censored]SA, then why you have hired him in INDIA.
And the most important thing I want to share with you that the person or patient know the "FORTIS ESCORTS HOSPITAL" not the Dr. Ankit Bansal. A lot of M.D. (Respiratory) Drs. are here in Jaipur, even DM, Pulmonary Drs. are also here, while "FORTIS ESCORTS HOSPITAL" is only single here.
You may check the behaviour of well qualified and senior Doctor at "Eternal Hospital, Jaipur".
For what Dr. Ankit Bansal have the superior complex in himself, I don't know. But he is providing his consultancy umder the name of "FORTIS ESCORTS HOSPITAL".
I hope you will take a proper decision to avoid such situations again with a patientin future.
If I wanted to create a worst situation at your Hospital in the Morning, I could do it. But by that way you will never come to know about such misbehaviour of Dr. Ankit Bansal.
You can also understand the effects of viral of such misbehave of a Doctor at "FORTIS ESCORTS HOSPITAL" on social media because public know your Hospital very well, while no body knows Dr. Ankit Bansal.

I'd like, with a lot of resentment, to complain against the international patients service of (Fortis gurgaon) in a wrong attempt to make the hospital more attractive for arabs, the ips staff have told me that the hospital is near to an arabian restaurant (Middle east cuisine, south court, huda city centre metro station, gurgaon.) i've, along with my attendant, eaten in middle east cuisine and we've got a severe food poisoning! The hospital has recommended many others for the same restaurant and many of them have suffered. Recently i've received an invitation for a facebook page that has published a lot of clear videos which shows the huge number of huge rats which are living in the restaurant i've mentioned. The rats' waste would be found inside the food which the customers are consuming. Many patients are so angry with the hospital for this bad recommendation. We're planning to launch a boycott campaign against the hospital if the ips team are not punished or at least apologised properly for this irresponsible behaviour. N i wonder if they're receiving a commission from the rats' restaurant to recommending it??! Following is the name of the page:

Escorts fortis is a completely mismanaged hospital. I have been there billing / tpa dept from past three days so that on day of discharge it's smooth. On day of discharge i have been sitting in the billing dept from past 4 hours and the bill is not even ready yet. They keep saying we will update you in 15 mins repeatedly. Once bill comes they say it's going to be another 4 hours as they will send the bill to insurance company. Quite a harassment of patient and family despite choosing a private hospital of such a reputation.

My father was admitted to Fortis at Amritsar . The Doctor referred to him saying he require only baloon in his heart and we will shift back to hospital again.
As we reaches the hospital my mother was not caring cash to deposit in hospital. The hospital management straightforwardly refused my mother saying no cash no treatment . When my mother told them my son is flying back to Amritsar they said let him come we will start treating patient . This hospital is not for poor people .I came back and paid the amount then they started treatment of my father .

The doctor who was looking to my father said he is in critical condition we need to insert baloon then he will be fine . I told them please go ahead don't from me about this things please save my father .

After putting the baloon urine started coming and it was increased to 25 from 5 . This shows my father health was improving . Even he was in his senses .

Suddenly doctor said they want to do dialysis as my father Bp is controlling . I said please go ahead and give me more improvement . They said we will go with slow dialysis for 12 hour . I am not sure how long they did Dialysis.

Very next day doctor said now urine will not pass, I was shocked to hear this . Don't know the reason even he was not able to explain.

On the same day my dad had words with me, I boosted him saying he will be alright soon .

Next morning when again i went to see father blood was coming out of his nose and his pillow as completely wet with blood. I asked doctor what is going on why there is blood . They said we gave medicine to thick your dad blood and its happens you don't need to worry every thing is under control.

Whole day i didn't went to see my father at ICCU Heart command . At night i generally goes up to see the progress and found doctor panel was trying to stop the blood . I asked them why this is happening why didn't the doctor came whole day though blood was coming since morning . The doctor said we require blood immediately . Lot of blood has been lost due to bleeding .

Any how i arranged 1 unit and gave to them . they told me please go out we are taking care of patient .

Tomorrow morning i got the call from hospital thet my father expired and they gave me last bill of 62000 to pay to get my father body.

Please guide me how can i sue these bastard .

Soon am going to campaign against them in social media .

I Santosh shah admitted my patient into your hospital on 7th Jan 2016 after that all the treatment are going well, and doctor advised to discharge my patient on 19th Jan 2016 at 10 am, but your typists not send discharged summary to tpa department til 4.45 pm. Then I went to patient welfare department for solution of this problem unless solving my problem they talked to me very offensive way. They used abusive language with me. Though I contacted to the administrative department and informed about all incident happened with me. After that whole processed start for discharging my patient and then my patient discharged at 9.30 pm from hospital. This kind of harassment we don't tolerate this, we are regular visitor of fortis hospital.

Worst experience we had with fortis escorts dehradun. We took our father for angeography and they spoilt the case. Angeography was done through hand under the supervision of dr. Yogendra singh and due to their utter carelessness the whole hand got infected and turned black. They all raised their hand and left the case inbetween. Due to their utter negligence we lost our father. Shame on them... No value for human beings just menting money.

I went to take an ultrasound report which normally takes 2hours after 2 days and the staff responds saying k "Roz Roz kyn AA jaate ho ". For heaven sake somebody tell them that we are paying for the report and they are getting paid for making reports.
The reception people in the radiology Dept are all busy in their office politics in front of the patients and are very rude.moreover I had to wait for 1 hour just to get a ultrasound...
