Fortis Healthcare — Charged twice on my credit card

On 24 July 2015 I took my wife for blood test & USG test. We paid INR 390 by credit card blood test. While paying for USG test, my card was swapped 3 times for INR 1340. I received 3 different payment notifications from the bank. Fortis bill desk personnel assured me that I'll be charges only once. When I received the statement, I saw I was charged twice the amount INR 1340. One of 3 SMS notification provided below. ************* Rs 1, 340.00 was spent on your Credit Card 5546XXXXXXXX0595 on 24-JUL-15 at FORTIS HOSPITALS LIM. ******** I have credit card statement with me.
