[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — online booking for opd and payment through fortis app | |||
I downloaded fortis app and made a booking for an opd appointment on 4th october, 2018. A charge of rs 925 was deducted from my bank through payment gateway paytm but the appointment booking failed. I contacted paytm and they said it would be refunded by the vendor since they have made payment to the vendor. I have made multiple queries at fortis helpline number, but my, money has not been refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||
