On dated 11 august 2015, consultant doctor rajat bhatia for treatment. But consultant doctor of hospital not properly diagnosis the patient decease and operate her in hurry in only intrest of money or greedy for money. Because same decease reoccur within two months. Later on actual decease of patient come to known through aiims hospital delhi through proper diagnosis. Name of decease is limited gpa. We have expenditure lots of money in fortis hospital ludhiana for treatment but because of negligence of doctors patient seema tayal suffer from mental harassment and financial losses.
