On 29/07/2022 the delivery attempt was made which because of some circumstance i had to cancel. The product reached the warehouse and the refund was initiated on 30th july, 2022. The customer care executive told me that full refund would be transferred back to my source account but i have not received even a penny from them. They keep on delaying it but no refund. They have callback option from customer care but noone calls.
They are cheating people. Please help.
