Hi,
I had booked for a car EXTER from Ambattur 2months ago and unfortunately due to unforeseen reason, I am re-locating and would like to cancel the order
I informed the executive 2weeks ago and there was no update until today,
to follow up sales executive named SANJAY declined my call today even though giving 2weeks of time to initiate the refund.

The rude behaviour of declining calls, I seriously do not understand what kind of professionalism FPL has trained the sales guys.

Honestly very very much deceived and will not just stop here will be escalating all around just to be more open about FPL behaviour. towards ppl who back off from bookings.
