[Resolved]  FPL Hyundai — Scamming us in the name of insurance claim offer

I dropped my car(TN 22 DR 1813) at FPL service center chrompet on 3/13 for a body shop work to fix an accidental repair(bonnet dent, right indicator and scratch above the right side tyre). I didn't receive any update from my contact person. I followed up with them daily to know the car status but he doesn't give the clear status. My instincts says something going to happen to my car. So I lost my patience and started to visit the service center Saturday, Sunday and Monday to get the status. Saturday night they took my car for painting infornt of me(same day they urgently closed the ticket and I got the message for delivery) and Sunday they took my car to the nearest center called FPL air for polishing. Finally today(3/20) they brought the car back to the service center for car wash. So no issue with car battery and car is running here and there. I asked for home drop also. But they asked me to visit the service center to pick up the car. They tried to delay my delivery as much they can. Today 6 pm at the time of delivery they are saying your battery was completely dead and you can't start the car and asked me to buy a new battery. I feel this as a trap. I told them not to replace the battery and asked for proper proof. They did something and during troubleshooting process I could noticed lot of engine failures. Then they asked me wait in the customer lobby. They did something and after some time with the help of jump start they started the car and asked me to drove the car to home. I managed to reach home. Now it's not starting. They broken one AC vent also. Radio is not working due to improper jump start. All the lights are flickering due to electrical issue. Previously I dropped my car at various dealers for body shop work but this is my worst nightmare experience. I want my car back as original. If not will escalate this to Hyundai India.
