[Resolved]  FPL Hyundai — diffrence in the accessories fitted vs committed and no warranty/bills provided for the accesories fitted from the showroom

I purchased creta - e+ diesel last month i. E. August 2019. Sales executive mr. Mir, promised that the vehicle will be loaded with all accessories as top model except alloy wheel and projector head lamp. For that sales executive offered some accessories form their end and for some accessories i have to pay. Finally i have paid around 29k for the accessories.
After delivery i noticed that the vehicle has been loaded with sub standard accessories and few accessories has been not matching to the one committed/ shown to me like parcel tray, back camera etc.
I called to the sales executive for all these cheats and they keep on saying we will change it after discussion with their accessories department.
Now almost a month has passed and they have denied now.

I had given my Eon Magna, TN09CE0181 (Cust ID C[protected]), for service in Vanagram Branch on 05.04.2022. I gave it for the main problem that lack of engine power when I move the vehicle from rest or accelerate. Engine was unable to handle the load and got switched off. I explained this issue to Mr. Vishnu (Mobile no: [protected]), service personnel saying that this is the mail reason I face. He told me that if injectors get cleaned this issue can be rectified. I agreed and got serviced. The vehicle was delivered without solving the issue for which mainly I gave service. I represented this issue to customer care and the technician came and cleaned throttle body. It worked for a week only. Now I am struggling with the same problem severely. I paid around 5000 and now feeling that there is no difference before and after service. Its truly waste of money and time. After giving complaint in customer care also, this issue is not solved. When i called Mr.Vishnu and asked about the status of my complaint, he also not listened. I am very much hurt by their act.
