FPL Hyundai — Raising complaint for getting delay in delivery of service car (creta TN DK 2602)

Good day,
Iam karthick from coimbatore but presently working in korea, On Nov 13th 2024 our car creta 2024 model TN DK 2602 got accident near ulundurpet and I finished all formalities then I sent my car to FPL HYUNDAI VANAGRAM [ CHENNAI ] for service. In showroom what ever required documents we submitted in time and mean while we agreed the estimated days to complete the work
My complaint is regarding not delivering my car in time as per agreed time because this FPL HYUNDAI person told me they will deliver my car December 1st week, but they failed and they told 2nd week. Even I called them they told 3rd week I was asking what is happening and update the correct information but they use to tell technical reasons so I told try to deliver fast. So every week they use to tell some reasons but why they can't tell exact reasons to me or this much time will happen so I can plan accordingly but they still keep on delaying my car and now i stopped contacting FPL HYNDAI. Now i dint know when they will deliver my car and it's almost 50 days completed but still no news from them. So I made big mistake by giving my car to unloyal showrooms who is not keeping their words and can’t finish the work on a reasonable date and work doesn’t get done by the new agreed date also.

I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If however this delivery is not satisfactorily resolved by agreed date and also given extra time also but no improvement. I will consider taking further actions to resolve the complaint either through consumer protection or through courts.
