Delivery of new car

I am N Nagadurai, Branch Manager in LIC of India. I booked one Hyundai Creta Ex Model through Gem portal. I paid Rs.5000/- as booking advance to FPL Hyundai account at Mugapair, Chennai. On 07/01/2021, I received tax invoice and I was informed that car will be delivered soon. On 20/01/2021 full amount was paid towards the cost of car, I was assured that car will be delivered within 7 days of receipt of payment. When I inquired about the delivery...

Have booked a Creta in the month of Sep 20, i was told that i will get the car by Oct 20, then when i visited the showroom it was changed to Nov 20.
I said i need the vehicle possible by end Oct 20.

So i thought rather taking in Nov Or Dec, let me book in Jan 20.

I decided to cancel, however i was asked to pay 3000, which i paid.

However my company offered me Creta via lease so i had to take it.
So possible request you refund the amount. As i have booked the car which not at all available are even ready.

Hope you understand my situation

    We have purchased Hyundai Verna Sx (0) petrol version in 2nd Jan 2020. But they have not provided the SD card and User manual for our vehicle. we have raised this concern many times but not yet resolved. Also talked many times with your customer executive regarding this SD card necessity but still its under process. Almost one year going to complete after our purchase of vehicle. Really we feel bad and not satisfied with your customer service. please look into this issue and resolve it Quickly.

      Purest form of Cheater you are. You guys threaten to buy only from you. And you also eat the complete booking amount without giving the refund after the cancellation. I have never seen such a worst behaviour in my life.

        Dear all,

        Please note we have booked a car on fpl hyundai on oct 2019 and we made a advance payment we have adviced that we will be returning some part of money in case of cancellation of booking

        We have cancelled our booking due to some personal issues

        But we didn't get any refund still and we are following one is responding still

          Dear team,

          I am booking the hyundai venue 06 sep '20 in fpl hyundai vadapalni branch. And my old car also taken for exchange on 7 sep 20. Balance loan also transfers on 9th sep 20, and they honoring to deliver the vehicle on monday, but they are delivered and again they commited on next friday, again they told me sorry, what they are doing to foolish me.
          One of the worst experience in fpl hyundai.

          Kindly cancel my order otherwise i will take the necessary action.

            car service - bad quality paint

            Last year May 2019, my car was serviced at FPL Vanagaram service center. I have left for the car for door car painting.
            Vehicle details - TN 20 BS 7008
            Hyundai Santro Xing GLS.
            Invoice No. B[protected] dated 23/05/2019. Total Invoice of the car bill - Rs.86060.
            The painting was done for the whole body. But removing the rust in the left side of the car, the body have been painted.

            wrong commitments on payment process

            Address: Fpl vanagaram hyundai service centre

            Before giving my vehicle for service in vanagaram fpl service centre, i ask them whether i can pay amount through payment link provide by them, they agree for that but after doing all services they demanding payment through cash or card, and they telling no such payment through link accepted, and they not giving the vehicle back.

            And no response from their end....

            Sir this is abhishek... I was there at ring road honda service centre for servicing my car... There was a staff of your named surendar.
            He has no courtesy how to deal with there customer his language look like he is a labour. His language.. Tere document le le... Tu tu.. Is this the language dealing with customer.
            Sir please took necessary action against him these type of people defame the image.

              delay and non responsive executives

              I bought new verna from chrompet dealership during year end sale and vehicle was registered with rto on 6th jan 2020 and sales executive surya confirmed i will get my original adhaar card and number plate within 5 working days... Assuming i will get within 5 days i planned family vacation on 17th jan..in spite of repeated follow-up today 16th jan there is no response...

              When i took delivery of car (8th jan) i asked the sales...

              Dear sir,

              I have given my car for service to fpl hyundai service centre on 14/11/2019 for regular service stating a complaint that my car steering wheel was misaligned while drive when i had to cross a pit hole in the road.

              After taking the vehicle for service fpl replied that the gear box has been damaged. I request fpl to process the same on insurance, since the damage occurred due to accident and vehicle is quite new about 2 years old and with less than 25000km run.

              However fpl has delayed the issue for more than one month and yet to resolve the issue with the insurance company and i am facing lot of trouble without car for my use.
              Even after continuous follow up fpl is lethargic in its approach and it has been more than 1 month since i have given the vehicle for service.

              Request fpl top management to take this issue as serious and solve it on urgent basis

                We have taken delivery of grand i10 nios on 24th sep 2019 from fpl hyundai ltd in gst road, chrompet, chennai. We have been called number of times from the service team for first service. We finally handed over the car for first service on 01st nov 2019 and we opted for a free home pick up and drop. One mr miller came for pick of the vehicle after which i have started to my work and we also informed to drop the vehicle after service at our drop step and hand over the keys to the neighbor as we would still be at work. After returning from work we were able to see multiple scratches to the vehicle on the driver side doors. Looks like there is no care taken to the vehicle during the service or pick / drop. And the service is speaking in such a way to pass the blame on us.

                  I purchased creta - e+ diesel last month i. E. August 2019. Sales executive mr. Mir, promised that the vehicle will be loaded with all accessories as top model except alloy wheel and projector head lamp. For that sales executive offered some accessories form their end and for some accessories i have to pay. Finally i have paid around 29k for the accessories.
                  After delivery i noticed that the vehicle has been loaded with sub standard...

                  I had a very bad experience with this kodambakkam hyundai showroom. I visited the showroom on saturday 04/13/19 and booked a hyundai creta on sunday 04/14/19. Paid 5000 as advance. Due to personal reasons, i've decided to cancel the booking after 4 days. Sales consultant premnath hasn't informed anything about cancelation policies when i paid the amount.
                  As i booked the car on sunday, he pushed me to sign the documents without even letting me to read it completely. When i informed that i want to cancel the booking, he said he'll take to the manager and get back to me. He called me and said that they'll be charging 3000 as a cancellation fee.

                  Then i went in person to the showroom and requested to waiver the cancellation fee. They asked me to send an email to the head with reason then they'll get it approved from headquarters. But after 2 days when i call them, they forgot to send those docs to ambattur. After an hour, he called me and said that they haven't approved your request. I don't know how did they check it up within an hour, which they can't do it in past two days.

                  Before the booking, sales consultant premnath was so polite and gentle in explaining the details, but hiding few things, which made me visit the showroom multiple times and wasting my time and energy. I don't know where it's going to end up. Tomorrow i am going to talk to the general manager. Really frustrated with these kind of people! 😡

                    Tn05 6727 - hyundai xcenr red - was given service on 20th april 2019.. I had a 32gb pen drive with important documents in it... Which was not available in the usb port when i got me car back.. Asked the service manager mr murugan (Fpl vanagaram) and the driver prem but they denied my claim..

                    I bought this car from fpl — 2015
                    Till now spent servicing only at fpl - vanagaram..

                    I know somebody has flicked it inside the campus of fpl vanagaram — need that back since it has important documents

                      This is regarding my i20 hyundai sports car. I bought the car at fpl hyundai at kodambakkam branch and my car number is tn 14 p0285. Customer name ganga i.
                      In the month of december i gave my car for service and accidental cover too. So my bill came of around 7900.
                      Even though i’m not satisfied with the completion of work still i have my cheque for the payment and due to my mom bypass surgery suddenly we went in too financial tight condition.
                      Now i’m receiving lot of calls from fpl service center koyambedu regarding the payment.
                      My request is i need 20 days time to pay that amount.
                      If they keep on call and trouble i couldn’t handle this as i said you my mother is a heart patient where i have to be with her for some days on her medical need.
                      As we are the customer of fpl hyundai i feel now you have to help me out of this condition.
                      Hope i will get back from you to resolve our problem.

                      when we purchased they promised you will get minimum 14 to 15 ltr milage but we are getting 7 to 7.5 kms per ltr.

                      It is pathetic, please let us know what we should do

                        I have purchased a new Hyundai Verna Auto SX+which I booked on last December 2018 and asked for a December variant but fplhyundai cheated me by giving an October variant with no push start button.The car was delivered on 18th January 2019 I refused to take the car and made a call to the general manager but he never responded to my call .The sales person promised me that they will provide compensation for their mistake but right from the next day of the delivery they never respond to my calls .

                        I own cars from Ford, Mahindra, Toyota but never faced such problems but FPL Hyundai has cheated me I had a bad taste on my tongue bcoz of Hyundai.

                        If they do not respond to my problem I would take legal action on them .

                          I am dr preethi g singamani. Booked a i20 with kodambakkam fpl. Was promised delivery on thursday. We opted friday. We were told at 5 pm that reg is yet to be done. Irresponsible attitude of the whole team headed by mr devarajan. There is not even a call from manager. Either close the whole deal. Or return my old vehicle or give its worth. Or else change the colour for me since i am concerned about my vehicle being used at the showroom (That was told by salesperson that if vehicle is at showroom, it will be opened for demos)
                          Am heavily stressed. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. More than the irresponsibility, it is the attitude of the people which is disgusting.

                            I have booked hyundai creta in ambattur fpl e plus... They have promised me to fix reverse parking sensor in the lcd given.. On the delivery day today 20.06.1987.. Before signing only they r telling they have fixed it in mirror... I have not take the delivery today... Very irresponsible behaviour... Worst experience ever had in my life in buying a car... I will not. Suggest hyundai that too fpl

                              I purchased a car asta o on last month 20 before delivery that sales women she's name is sangeetha has give a commitment of giving vehicle accesories free and she's telling other dealer are giving fake commitment. On the delivery day she didn't give any free accesories after two days i call her she didn't response me don't buy any car in fpl hyundai showroom please. Manager also a culprit for that girl
