I am Dr C Madhavaraj. I am an eye surgeon in Gugai area of Salem. The parcels sent to me from my business associates are not handed over in time to me. I have to go the nearby Franch express courier office to get a response. But that is a nightmare. The staff there don't respond at all. They give utmost disregard to queries. This happens in each and every time. I am exasperated. It is very difficult to get the courier delivered by Franch...

I send this on 24th august 2020. Today this is 26th august. The item not yet received to the concerned person.

While calling to the kollam st courier office, they are responding very badly. They are being rude...

The parcel has been couriered on aug 14 and it reached the concern destination on 17... But the product has not been delivered still. Delivery person is not picking up the call... But the status is out for delivery for past 3 days....

Placed an order on 18th july 2020 eith the service. Paid 120rs for express air delivery. Parcel is still stuck in their chennai hub from 20th july. They never reply to emails and nobody cares about customer complaints. Pathetic service. Made a hige mistake choosing their service for my shipment. Please do not choose them....

The parcel has given on 28.07.2020 in tirukazhukundram branch.. But today's date is 01.08.2020 still i didn't receive the parcel in erode sathyamangalam branch. I contact the person he sent the parcel yesterday (31.07.2020) to chengalpattu main branch. I thought that it will receive today but still it doesn't receive even in erode branch... I want to know where is the parcel right now.. Contact branch persons are not resonding properly.....
