French express told me that a courier would be sent from chennai to hyderabad in one and half day. They failed to do this. I have sent it on 23rd jan 2019 and still it hasn't reached. After a lot of follow ups and delivery guy calls up and says he can't come and he doesn't have a smart phone to even send the location. And the customer care people do not treat the customer well, rather hang up even before listening fully...

Could u pls keep attention to my issue. I sent one consignment from banglore to Mumbai on 3rd Jan 2019 with tracking no ([protected]) but it's not been delivered at destination. Even I tried to reach customer care no [protected] & [protected] it's shows wrong no. I had sent my original documents & had a faith on franch courier. But courier holded in krishnagiri hub for 1 week and sent back. I tracked & i called them continuesly they taken my traking no they is no response.

I have sent my courier in franch express courier pvt. Ltd on 10 th january 2019, it was delivered on 11th jan 2019 to ooty office and its ready for delivery. But they still not deliver the courier (16 th jan) and if we called them for courier they talk rudely and they told will not deliver now. How long we need to wait for this courier delivery. It's been 8 days and it's still in-transit status when we track online. I tried calling the customer care number of local hub which is [protected] given on the receipt, but that number where not reachable.

I would have tried almost 50 times, but 95% call disconnected...

I booked a courier from karur to HD kote, the courier man asked my receiver to come and collect in mysure, For that he need to travel 120km up and down.

This is not the good service, Kindly deliver my courier to the respective place.

Hi my name is Kaushik and my consignment number is [protected] and the courier has 4 pages and it needs to be sent from Chennai to Noida.

I am from Chennai and I sent it on 11/17/2018 and it has gone to Delhi Hub on 11/19/2018.. it has been one week till today and it is still with the hub.. just got it confirmed from customer care and saw the status in online as well.

Why is it still not delivered to Noida address??...

Courier has sent by the person before 5 days and it has reached bangalore 3 days before itself and courier boys are not ready to deliver, raised complaint withe franch support team and there is no use, finally i got courier person contact number and when i called he is asking me to come and collect at specific place which is 1 km away if not then he will send it back.
