Anjani courier tracking number [protected], received at coimbatore on 1st april and still i have not received my parcel, when i asked very harsh reply only i got, irresponsible answer making me irritating, they don't have any responsibility over the item they receive, i want to know the proper reason for holding my item, otherwise i will suit a complaint again...

Still i am not get that courier and no information (By mobile also), no respectable answer. Really upset your courier service. I have booked the parcel in franch express courier udumalpet branch on 10th dec 2017 to bangalore

Still now the parcel is not reached, please see the following issues

1. Online tracking not working till they deliver the product
2. Customer care is worst service, they wont pick the phone even they pick wont speak just cut the call
3. Online complaint not working
4. Totally the worst service...

My courier booking tact no: [protected] dated 04/11/2017 at kelambakkam. I was tremendous follow up with your team but courier not delivered so far. Because of this undelivered courier issues i got loss of rs.3, 00, 000/-. If not delivered today[protected] before 1 pm. I ve sent courier from pollachi to bangalore on 10th oct 2017. Today is 17th oct till now courier not received.

When i called multiple time to customer care there were no response. Customer care person is very rude and she dropped phone in middle of the conversation.

Delivery services is very worst, they real don't know what is customer care and shouting the customer. I'm going file suite on french express network....

As on date 26th aug 17 we have sent a courier and it has been reached bangalore on 28aug2017 from that date i did not receive courier from french express of we check in online tracking it's is reflecting as holding in sr nagar hub if we contact regarding this they r telling regularly give us one day time already we have give 6days time but still courier not delivered too bad customer service manager do not have any responsibilities...

It's the worst courier service i have ever seen. They dont even answer your queries properly when you as a customer have some doubts. I tried to track my courier with the id they gave in receipt which shows invalid. And when i called the alapakkam branch code person, he was so rude and did not help me or give me any information about my courier and disconnected my call abruptly.

I have no idea where my parcel is hanged now....

I sent medicine fruits from bangalore to dinigul town with clear address and contact details opted for next day delivery and the person promised the same.

I am from coimbatore. One of my supplier sent a parcel from north india on 10th june 2017. It is not reached yet. I tried to track online. It was saying in transit. Then after few days it said address not clear! How come this is possible. When i send details to supplier i sent my address clearly.
