    Hi myself sriram, my frnd sent me a courier from krishnagiri to chennai, which has more important material (consignment number:[protected] ) it should be delivered. i called multiple times to chennai, krishnagiri, local office reg my courier status. but all are vain, my courier tracking number not yet mapped, i.e it is still blocked in krishnagiri itself..it supposed should be in chennai yesterday itself.

    one of the worst courier service, even i receive today, it is waste. but still i don't have any clue where is that clue.

    cust support number is not reachable., really pathetic service.

      On 16/04/18, I had booked a courier from Madurai, for delivery to Chennai (Kavi Bharathi Vidhyalaya School, TH Road, Thiruvottiyur).

      Today it's 26/04/18.It has been 10 long days and the courier hasn't been delivered yet!!

      The courier contains important documents that had to be signed and submitted immediately. It was supposed to be delivered with priority.

      When the courier wasn't delivered even after 2 days from date of booking, we begun following up with Madurai and Chennai office about the status. We've got in touch with your Head Office, Thiruvottiyur Office. The response is very bad.
      They seem to have misplaced the parcel. There is no seriousness in their response even after this being an important document that has not been delivered for 10 days!!

      Now, we want an immediate, prompt and serious update on the exact location of the courier and when it'll be delivered.
      I have to receive this update ASAP!!

      The home page of France Express's web portal reads...
      " Your packages, letters and cards will be delivered very promptly and safely to your reciepient hence there is no need to worry of your delivery being misplaced anywhere else.
      We will be in a position to give you the status of your consignments at any point of time, as we track all the consignments hrough inter-linked computer systems, as all our consignment slips are bar-coded Our R&D dept is continuously in the process o[censored]pgrading and modernising our tracking system to give better service to our clients "

      I guess it's time to answer these questions before making such false commitments to your clients..

      1) Where was prompt delivery?
      2) Where was safe delivery? They seem to have misplaced the courier!
      3) Why couldn't your interlinked computer system track the location of the now misplaced courier??

      And worst of all none of the email IDs on your website for Customer Care actually exist! Do you even know what Customer Care is?

      Worst courier
      I couriered my parcel 4 days before still not received . No response from customer care, not even picking my call, i tried 10 to 15 numbers no one picking my call, very bad experience with this courier, its very very important parcel i have fear now .

        Mmhrc madurai - quality control section has sent one letter related to my father's treatment to my home address at paramakudi on 17/04/18. Till now (19/04/18) 2000hrs we are not in receipt. Letter reached paramakudi couier office on 18/04/18 and now purposely delayed to hand over at my home. From madurai to paramakudi, it will take 2hrs by bus//but after making so many calls, still they could not deliver//a senior citizen // thank you //

          The following few lines are brought to your information. I booked a cover on 27.03.18 through your courier service to madurai vide your receipt no: [protected]. While the cover reached the addressee, they were surprised to receive cover torn and stapled.

          I have been booking this type of document to the same addressee every month for more than 8 years through your courier service. But this time, the booked cover is tampered which will be of no use to the thief who did this. Usually, i never staple the cover, but paste the mouth of the cover with gum. But this booked cover is torn at the other end and stapled after stealing the document.

          The addressee was so kind enough to inform me about this and have taken pains to send the empty cover by post which he received at his end in the tampered condition.

          This kind of act not only spoils the name of your firm, but also breaks our long term relationship. Anyhow, i am lodging this complaint against you to find out where this kind of incident happened.

            When i telephoned to [protected]- guindy office about non delivery of cover, they told that it was delivered on 11.04.2018. But it was not delivered.
            Further, they gave me two telephone numbers [protected] & [protected] and wanted me to contact them. At 4.00pm both the phones were switched off.
            Later on guindy office also did not respond to me.
            The above cover was sent by sbi containing an appointment order, which has got a dead line to report. The same, i communicated to sbi.
            Will you please look in to it?

                    But still the courier dint reach the consignee..

                    It is very important and urgent for us. So pls i request u to check into this matter.

                                A letter sent through your virugambakkam branch by local courier on[protected]Friday) at 9:30 a. M wide consignment number - [protected], has not been delivered to the addressee, as per the track record, which means a local courier sent in 17th november, 2017, has not been delivered to the addressee even after a gap of 6days. To know the status of our letter we contacted to your virugambakkam branch (Contact number[protected] and a person named ms. Ragavi told us that she cannot extend any help to us in this regard and we can very well lodge a complaint about her to your office. We have personally contacted her and whenever we telephone to her she is abruptly cutting the call saying that she cannot be held responsible.

                                We never expect such sort of abrupt behavior from a person who deals the public, especially in courier service. Yours is a customer oriented service office and if customers are being treated as excess by your organisation it is going to be a black mole on the reputation of your firm.

                                Now your are requested not to deliver the letter to the addressee as it will not serve the purpose and return us the courier as it contains court matters.

                                In case we do not receive a proper and immediate response from your office we will not hesitate to take up this matter to the newspaper media. We hope you will not force us to take an undesirable step and will respond immediately.

                                It is pertinent to mention here that such justified request cannot be overlooked either by you or your virugambakkam branch franchise office. We hope you will settle this issue in an amicable manner by a responsive reply.

                                      I ve sent courier from pollachi to bangalore on 10th oct 2017. Today is 17th oct till now courier not received.

                                      When i called multiple time to customer care there were no response. Customer care person is very rude and she dropped phone in middle of the conversation.

                                      Delivery services is very worst, they real don't know what is customer care and shouting the customer. I'm going file suite on french express network.
                                      Franch Express Courier customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      The addressee is Mrs Usha with address in Bangalore.
                                      It is booked on 16.11.2017.
                                      Yet to be delivered, though it is 21.11.2017 today.

                                      Why so much delay ?
                                      We send document by courier to speedy delivery.
                                      But, it is worst than Government Postal Department.

                                      The delay is acceptable.
                                      I want explanations.
