I have couriered on 02/12/2021 on tambaram branch franch express. Deliver address belongs to mylaudy (po) kanyakumari (dt). While posting the courier i dont have the mobile number of receiver so the girl in tambaram branch said you get the number and inform us by call..after one hour I called tambaram branch to update the receiver mob number they didn't picked up tried many times but they didn't picked up single time...while checking the...

They don't know deliver at all.They don't even bother to follow it up.I received a call from[protected] where the lady staff is so rude. The lady staff lied to me that they never door deliver medicines and threatened me to return the parcel.Very non-professional. Very very disappointing....

Very bad courrier service. Very delayed delivery and to speed up the delivery, I had to pay additional cost and get deliver the parcel....

This is regarding my courier with reference number - [protected]

One parcel has been send to me with above reference number from sowcarpet Chennai to Chromepet on 22nd Oct and when I trace the consignment I can able to see the same reached the near by hub 23rd Oct 01:16 pm .

When I called the contact person with number [protected] i was not getting proper feedback from him instead he...

Am parcel booked trichy oct 20...parcel 21 date delivery wrong person... Original person cal courier person my parcel things all theft...then again night 9pm receive the parcel correct address all things or theft... Y delivery wrong address???
My things where?? Need solution...

I sent a package to Chennai on 12th Oct. (Consignment number : [protected])
It had to be delivered on 13th but the contact person Janakiraman said there are no enough staff to deliver and hence the package will be delivered on 15th Oct.
But the recipient of the package received a call on Thursday (14th) morning 6.45 am to collect it from Padi Lucas where she found the parcel tampered. This issue was raised on that day itself....

Deliberately deliver late.

Parcel has been booked on 22nd september but the parcel returned to its origin without our knowledge by saying 'no such person'.. So I had called courier office n requested them to deliver my parcel bt I din receive the parcel yet n also cudnt contact the courier ofc now.. It s saying server not reachable.. What to do.. Very worst service I ever seen.....

Track I'd [protected] parcel send from coimbatore to tirupati not yet received upto 2month very worst service no response... tirupati office send to wrong address and telling my side not received I have all call records after 2month received pracel damage full waste very disappointed... worst worst worst...

I was supposed to receive the courier no: [protected] on[protected] by 11 am, as confirmed at the time of booking, as the item was reqd for a function that day. However the item was delivered only on[protected] evening. When I asked the delivery person, he said he got the item to his delivery point only on[protected]. Online tracking also indicated that the item was booked to Guindy Chennai on[protected].

On 13/08/2021 a courier sent from Chennai to chelakkara (kerala-Thrissur district). But the courier not yet received (30/08/2021).we are many times contacted to the concerned office. But we didn't get any satisfactory reply.
