The website is not at all working it is very difficult to track our courier which we sent when we contacted customer care there is no ring or not reachable at all...one of the worst experience which I m facing

This is inform you that my parcel has reached the destination point before 3days even the delivery boy call me after receiving the parcel, But until now I don't get parcel there is no attending of phone too tried many times.

Such a poor customer service happening here at Gummidipoondi, my consignment LR copy is attached with this complaint.

Kindly take necessary action to deliver my parcel immediately..!!

Worst courier service which I never saw in my life, Their customer care is Pathetic and their response is worst. They always says courier will come today but that today never come. Never gonna use this service in my life time and I will inform people as much as I can. From Chennai to Hyderabad it took almost 10 days.

Company Board says will be delivered in 24hrs. It took 3days to reach vizag from chennai. Tracking says out for delivery. Now when called to delivery guy which is updated in tracking, he says this is part time job, i will for delivery only twice a week(wed, sat). If no much parcles, will go on sat only.
What type of courier is this? This has to be addressed before accepting the parcles. We would choose other delivery partner ryte. Stupid service.

We have sent courier on 18.02.2021 from bangalore 560038 to 560046, was out of delivery on 19.03.2021 was not delivered as person was not available, a week is over we didn't received it back, trying to reach customer care no proper response, really disappointed, please solve this issue as soon as possible

The customer care not responding properly, they said we will return the courier to sender place. But mistake is with franch express courier they noted only 9 digit numbers to contact the receiver person. But in parcel clearly mentioned 10 digit number. They return the parcel with status as un reachable. Kindly take action and do the needful.

This was the track no..[protected]

They have sent me the courier on Feb 2, 2021.
Till date not received.. While searching online the track no is not shown..Ibwent in person to madurai Krishnapuram brach and verified but they say that the no is not shown in the system. When I tried chennai customer care number, I got the same information..till date bi have not recd any information aboiy my parcel..very much fedup with the franch courier service..

A courier within chennai takes about 4 days to reach. whenever you call the useless customer service team of a few girls they have, they have no idea what is happening with the courier. The one thing they will say is the courier is on hold in the Guindy office.
Guindy to my place is 0.8 kms and i was tracking from 10 am in the morning till 7pm and i still didnt get the courier. PLEASE NEVER NEVER use this service
