Since my product has arrived to the office on Monday they are not at all delivered yet it's been two weeks since I ordered that product.though I have tried to reach them many times they're not at all picking up the call.

      13/05/2021 தேதி்அன்று அனுப்பிய பார்சல் இதுநாள் வரை கிடைக்கவில்லை. புகார் அளித்தும் உங்கள் நிறுவனத்திலிருந்து உரிய மரியாதையான பதில் இல்லை இதில் புகார் எண் தெரிவித்துள்ளேன். தாங்கள் நிறுவனம் டெலிவரி இல்லாத ஊருக்கு எதற்காக புக்கிங் எடுக்கிறீர்கள் ₹.190 ரூபாய் பார்சல் சார்ஜ் வாங்குகிறீர்கள். அதை உரிய நேரத்தில் உரிய விலாசத்தில் சேர்க்கவேண்டிய கடமை உள்ள நீங்கள். அதை செய்ய தவறிவிட்டீர்கள், அதற்காக வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு தகுந்த பதிலும் அளிக்கவில்லை, தங்கள் வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை அதிகாரிகள் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு மரியாதையாக பதில் அளிக்காமல் பேசிக்கொண்டு இருக்கும் போதே போனை துண்டித்துவிட்டார்கள். இதற்கு தகுந்த பதில் இல்லை என்றால் நான் மேல் நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பேன்

          I couriered a product from kolathur to otteri..
          In ur website it shows as delivered with customer sign.. But she complaints as it not my sign and I didn't recieved any parcel...
          I enquired about this in ur office([protected]) yesterday he replied that he ll clear it next day but not yet courier delivered as my customer complaint.. And now they r not picking up phone...
          Due to this, It affected my business.

          I need valid reason for this...

            I Sent an courier saturday from chennai to bangalore... Till they didn't receive the product.. Even I informed it's an emergency products as it contains medicines which should be reached by the patient by tuesday itself (yesterday). They were behaving rudely while I am asking for the delivery status .

              This is you inform you that i have courier the documents through your Courier. But still it is not delivered the mentioned address. I have enquired the responsible person at Coimbatore Mr.Prabu(Coimbatore branch) his contact no [protected]- but he is not properly responding. He behave very roudway to reply.                 I put courier on 13th apr from bhavanisagar 638451 to nagapattinam 611111.
                Courier not yet received and also I'm not able to track that consignment number. Kindly help to fix the issue. As soon as possible.

                  10/04/2021 on morning send fridge to punnai villaga they said it will be reached on afternoon 12/04/2021... no online tracking shows but today i called franch express courier and asked tracking details they said courier in villipuram wrongly send ...will delivery 13/04/2021. very bad service they say frankly we delivery 2moro, 2moro. bcoz very urgent i already informed courier person terms and conditions.

                            Worst courier service which I never saw in my life, Their customer care is Pathetic and their response is worst. They always says courier will come today but that today never come. Never gonna use this service in my life time and I will inform people as much as I can. From Chennai to Hyderabad it took almost 10 days.

                              Company Board says will be delivered in 24hrs. It took 3days to reach vizag from chennai. Tracking says out for delivery. Now when called to delivery guy which is updated in tracking, he says this is part time job, i will for delivery only twice a week(wed, sat). If no much parcles, will go on sat only.
                              What type of courier is this? This has to be addressed before accepting the parcles. We would choose other delivery partner ryte. Stupid service.

                                      We have sent courier on 18.02.2021 from bangalore 560038 to 560046, was out of delivery on 19.03.2021 was not delivered as person was not available, a week is over we didn't received it back, trying to reach customer care no proper response, really disappointed, please solve this issue as soon as possible
