I would like to lodge a complaint about holding the shipment (AWB no. [protected]) booked on 26.9.2020 from Madurai and to be delivered in Chennai at Tiruverkadu through Franch Express Courier service (Franch Express Courier Pvt Ltd). The shipment reached chennai on very next day and the tracking report in the official website shows as Out for Delivery but I have not received the parcel yet. The courier/delivery executive/agency appointed by the French Express were holding the parcel for more than three days without any valid reasons. However, the status in the offical website was updated on daily basis as shippment was taken out for delivery(daily). In this regard I have not received any calls from the executive, Later on continuous checking of the status updated in the tracking page available on French Express. I found a contact number of the agency/executive in the tracking report, I called one who assigned for delivering the parcel through mobile (mobile no: [protected]) on 30.9.2020 to know status of my shipment and valid reason for holding it. On demand the Delivery executive / Agency promised to deliver the shipment on 30.9.2020 around 9.00 p.m. So again I called the delivery executive on time scheduled by him. Agency/ executive appointed by courier company started to use unusual languages and even it went to the level of abuse language.
Franch Express Courier pvt.Ltd failed to maintain its customer care properly available to the consumers, failed to handle customers with queries and also failed to ensure safe and on time shipment delivery. As a consumer, I was suffering loss due to holding my shipment for more than three days without proper reason and mental agaony due to their unusual action. Kindly request you to take necessary action and direct them to compensate the loss incurred by them.
