Hi, My name is Shreshtha Sharma, I took admission in Frankfinn institute and submitted a registration fees of rs. 15000. But later on i did not have money to complete the course I did not even start my clases. I asked them to refund the money they told me that they do not have any policy to refund the money. but if we go by the policy they took my admission when i was 16 however according to their policy the child must be 18 above or at least 17 as their customer service told me according to them there is no procedure to take the addmission of a 16 yr old child. My name is Km. shashi ! and I took admission in Frankfinn Instituted of Air Hostess in Gurgaon. and submitted a registrations fees of Rs 15000 and Rs 26000 of the Course submitted, I attended a month class . then it was revealed that my course is not of Air Hostess, my course is of the FDHTCS, The seminar was told the course of Air Hostess and when I asked mam, I told you this course was also told, and your height is low, So mam should have told me, So think about doing the course, But mam decided on himself about my course Now I do not want to do this course, I don't have the money to deposit fees. and there is some financial problem in the house. I can't complete my course. I request you to return my remaining fees.
