On 17th December, 2016 i tried to buy online bus tickets from Jalgaon to Pune from Redbus app, and making the payment from Freecharge wallet. I tried to do the transaction twice, but in both the cases, the amount of 451 & 451 was cut from my account and yet the ticket was not booked. In a few days i received back the total amount of 451(351 in freecharge wallet and 100 cashback). But inspite of continuous emails, they are not responding and paying me back my 451 Rs.
