We understand that you are worried about the refund.

This is to inform you that the transaction against order ID FCVA[protected] was unsuccessful. A refund of Rs.20.0 has been initiated through our Payment Gateway to your respective bank / card account on 15-Oct-2018.

Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your respective account is 5-7 bank working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & bank holidays).

Request you to contact your bank customer support to know further about the status of the transaction and quote these numbers.
