Freecharge Payment Technologies / — Recharge success but benefits not received


I have done recharge through free charge app for [protected] with Rs839 on Feb 15th 2023.

The recharge shows success in app but Airtel team mentioned they didnt receive any money.

Free charge asking mail confirmation from Airtel.
Airtel team mentioned you have done recharge through free charge app and how we can give mail confirmation.

Please solve my issue
