[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Regarding my refunded amount from red bus

I had booked a bus through red bus from Nellore to Tirupati on[protected].Ticket got confirmed ticket booked for night 2 am bus but i didn't receive and bus service number or bus details till night 2:20..I called to customercare service of red bus they also tried to contact bus operator even though they didnt responded so he said with in 48hrs it will be settled but till 2 weeks had completed there is no proper response from red bus.Simply they looted my amount.
