Freechutil — Fraud transaction from my debit card | ||
Yesterday i was searching for jio fibre complaint number on google.Then i found a number.So i called on that number.The person talked to me and ask for the LR number generated after giving installation amount.He searched and told me that your request has been put on hold by jio as you have made payment through upi so in order to get quick connection you need to fill a form requesting to hange the payment gateway. He sent me the form which i filled.In the form it was written convenience fee of 11 rs will be charged through debit or credit card.So i attempted to make the transaction but it failed so he requested me to check after sometime meanwhile he asked me to do whatsapp videocall and show him the place where airfibre is to be installed so i showed him the place and he asked me to click on share screen icon which i did he was so convincing and thought as it was from jio customer support i did what he said.After that he again asked me to try for the payment of 11 rs but again it failed.After that he asked me to go to my jio app for the payment and asked me to scan my debit card which i did suddenly i got a message of deduction of 11 rs followed by another message with deduction of 22000 rs.It was credited in freechutill account.He told me that it will be refunded as this transaction is done mistakenly.But still i have not received any refund.This transaction was made on 16 June 2024 at 11:23 pm.I need this money back as it was done by fraud.Also i have filed a complaint in National cyber crime portal.
