When i opened the bses site to make bill payment for the month of april 2020 on dt01/05/2020 on line i found quick pay column in it after opening it was asking all details about card. The bill amount to be paid was also reflecting on the quick bill pay. Accordingly i paid the amount of rs 6090 through my debit card and it was submitted on dt 01/05/2020. After some time to my surprise the message came on my mobile that transaction rs 6090 has been done at freechutil.
When i verified from bses, delhi they said they have not received any payment. I am very much worried where and how my harden money has gone. We are average family we cannot afford to pay bill again and again.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as i am a retired person. Kindly inform bses, delhi my ca no is[protected].
