When i opened the bses site to make bill payment for the month of april 2020 on dt01/05/2020 on line i found quick pay column in it after opening it was asking all details about card. The bill amount to be paid was also reflecting on the quick bill pay. Accordingly i paid the amount of rs 6090 through my debit card and it was submitted on dt 01/05/2020. Since this was quite an unexpected, i wanted to find out the details. So i called this no. And there was quick response. He said, my credit card is blocked and to activate the same card you need to give us some card information. His conversation was quite convincing.
