Dear sir,
as on dt 18.02.2016 i have processed a payment of Rs 582/- for buying 2 mobiles of freedom 251, payment ref no[protected] and bank transaction ref no -IG0BMYVUE1, The amount 582 has been deducted from my account, the process for buying mobile shows the order is unsuccessful. So please re-consider the order & do the billing shipment....

payment not successful show error, order not fulfill.

I tried for more than 20 times today dated 18 feb 2016. but after pay now click there is no response. the page displayed blank. after that i dialed to customer care num several times. contac no.[protected]/4200470/4001000....

My amount is deducted but no confirmation received. how do i track the same.

Dear sir I a have to book the freedom 251 (3 mobile phones) but amount has debited in my account but the freedom 251 mobile phones is not booked. Whats the procedure to complete my transaction. And i have not confirmation mail on your website. Whats the procedure to refund the money in my account. Txn id is 44534003....
