As I Ordered on freedom251.com a mobile phone and after some days I got a confirmation message on my registered mobile number that My order has been accepted as usual and product will be shipped after some months at a fix date and further status of order will be communicated to you.

So from that time I am just waiting for the shipping confirmation message as it was scheduled at 30th June 2016 but right now the date is 26th August 2016 still has not got any response even after contacting them manifolds.

Payment deducted from the bank but not forwarded to the service provider.
I have paid INR 291 to Freedom 251 through cc avenue.during the transaction cc avenue showed me message that transaction is unsuccessful.But the amount from my SBI account got debited. My sbi transaction reference number is[protected].

Please respond with your further steps.

I booked one set...as and when i made the payment the server shown some error but payment deducted from account...no order confirmation received till date...kindly refund our money
