Freedom251.com — Payment debited but booking confirmation not received

I Satish C Kataria had booked 4 nos. of mobile on 18.02.2016 at Rs 1164/= payment transaction done and amount debited from my bank account and confirmation received from bank, but booking confirmation of mobiles yet not received or not any type of receipt received.from your side.

Hiiiii team my self ayush there is no contacts of FREEDOM251 so i have to take this step so my concern is that
i made a payment of rs 873 on 18/2/2016 on www.FREEDOM251.com bt money was debited from the bank account bt i hadnt recievd any confirmation and i was also words with their payment gateway that is CCAVENUE bt they also sent me a mail stated that
On the basis of information provided by you we have checked our records were able to trace one transaction with the order number: FDM[protected] for an amount INR:Rs 873.00 & has been successfully processed through us on[protected] and forwarded to the Merchant -www.freedom251.com and my bank stated that

Account no XX6217 has been debited for the same.

almost 4 days gone, still my money not refunded.
Freedom 251 not responded to any mail of mine.
next time i directly complaint to consumer court.
