I had purchased realme 5 pro phone on thursday 18/01/2020 by paying online amt through sbi credit card rs. 3049 on www.freekamal.co.in. afterword i suppose to receive details of my order. But i have not received any communications from company except order tracking number through sms named qpfkamal. The order tracking number is [protected].
They advertised in maharashtra times about phone which was published on same...

Seeing a online news in google from dainik jagran, i have booked a mobile from www.freekamal.co.in on 15.1.2019 but there is no information regarding my order. Help no. Is always switch off.

They got 3049rs on the name sale and now my login doesnt exisit there.

I hav send so many email to the company but they can't help me

In dated 31/12/2019 - i read in dainik jagran about this sale... And i applied
But after payment in my order history my address was different, and payment address and shipping address was different.
No update from email and no phone call. Mobile is always switch off....

I am also victim of this fraud company, they are making fool thousands of peoples through sending inr 400/- mobile phone instead of realme 5 pro. Every information provided in website is false. I had contacted to danik jagran office ph no[protected] and they assured will provide the information about the company by tomorrow, also going to police cyber cell for written complaint....
