We ordered cake for 3 year daughter's birthday. The cake was supposed to be delivered this morning at 11 am. The cake was not delivered. We called the bangalore customer number numerous time but no one responded. I was embarrassed infront of gathering of 60. This is highly unethical and carelessness.
