Bought Black Forest Cake @ Rs 550. 00 on 07 th April, 2022.
Outlet was on Anwar Shah Road, near the Indian Oil Petrol Pump.

The cake was stale / old product but hives off to me as a freshly baked one. It tasted sour and smelled, rather stank of
" nail polish ".
My guests and I had to leave it uneaten on our plates .
Very embarrassing for me.

The person sold a white bread for a brown bread and took the money for brown bread which is more than that of white bread and did not give the bill and misbehaved with me...

For birthday we bought a white chocolate strawberry cake from French loaf beasant nagar chennai, when we tasted the cake it was neither soft nor fresh. Moreover the cake was very hard and tasted bit like rotten one....

We ordered cake for 3 year daughter's birthday. The cake was supposed to be delivered this morning at 11 am. The cake was not delivered. We called the bangalore customer number numerous time but no one responded. I was embarrassed infront of gathering of 60. This is highly unethical and carelessness. What is the point if cake is not delivered on time. Please let me know what to do...

We have ordered the cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday on jan 11th 6pm @ marriot hotel. We ordered in anna nagar frech loaf on 7/1/2018 for rs: 11742. But on the delivery date we did not received the cake @ 6pm we have had our cake cutting time 6.30pm, but your delivery person delivered the cake @ 7.30p and cake was damaged completely and it was not good condition to keep on the table in front of guest and in the mean time your frech loaf...

We have bought donuts and brownie in french loaf, mylapore and french loaf inside ramanujan it campus after the 5% gst has come in effect but still they are billing the gst slab as 18%. I just don't get it why these people are so greedy towards customers money, they should close their shop in india if they are not obeying the rules of india. French loaf please change to 5 % slab, else you will be sued in consumer court....

I m the customer of the french loaf, long time, but yesterday i have very bad service. I purchased pastries 3 different pastries from richard town, bangalore.. First time yesterday they have given me not fresh pastries i guess it was like more than 3 days pastries they gave me... After eating i called richard town, shop.. They didn't even bought to listen.. They should not do like this or else they wil loose all the customers....
