French Loaf — delivered damaged cake and delivered after 2 hrs of time

We have ordered the cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday on jan 11th 6pm @ marriot hotel. We ordered in anna nagar frech loaf on 7/1/2018 for rs: 11742. But on the delivery date we did not received the cake @ 6pm we have had our cake cutting time 6.30pm, but your delivery person delivered the cake @ 7.30p and cake was damaged completely and it was not good condition to keep on the table in front of guest and in the mean time your frech loaf person asking for balance money. So we had to arrange the chef to make over the cake so that cake looks good at that time and we have started the cake cutting @ 8pm which is very worst to cut the cake at this time. Mr. Arun french loaf manager called me stated that you got the cake and he needs the money. There is no proper communication from arun & delivery boy, the entire party went for the toss because of you guys. This time which never going to come back in my life time and i am going to make sure will never ever order in french loaf and refer to others. This email is to notify that french has very worst service comparing to local cake vendors.
