French Loaf, we thought was a very renowned and prestigious cake shop. However this time we had A REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD experience. We ordered a mango cake and instead they made a red cake and when we inquired, they said that no compensation could be given. When we asked for the bill he slyly put it in his pocket and said that we did not make any order.I mean even my milkman is more honest!Firstly he made us wait for half an hour and then said that the cake will be delivered in 3 hrs. The cake can be brought again but can my birthday return! After that he used abusive language and spoke in a very high voice exclaiming that we were spoiling his business. I mean others should know the heights to which they can go to. When we were extremely irritated, we opened our phone to record their extremely bad behaviour and he actually THREATENED us that he will break our phone. After that he stopped attending to us and attended to others. When we asked him to atleast sort our problem and give our bill back, HE SAID THAT WE NEVER PLACED AN ORDER. Is this how customers are treated. Plus this is the second occasion! What the hell is this! When we told him also okay fine give some other cake, he said that no both the MANGO flavour and the CHERRY flavour which he made were the same. Extremely aghast we said that we would lodge a complaint and he opened his shop door and asked us to leave! NO COMPENSATION NO BILL NO CAKE AND MY BIRTHDAY SPOILT. NOT EXPECTED AT ALL!!!
