I had placed an order in freshmenu on 16/04/2019 at 10:58pm but i did not receive any confirmation on the placed order nor was the order present in my order history but money was deducted from my account. I mailed them and they said they have received the money and will refund it within 7-10 working days. But its going to be almost a month and have still not received the refund. They said they have refunded to my account and asked me to contact bank. Then i asked them for transaction id & after that they have stopped responding to my mail too
