stale food delivery

The items - 1. Chicken biryani i ordered was very smelly and stale and as soon as i tried to have it, it made me vomit. 2. I ordered creamy pepper fusilli but i got fusilli arrabiata. Upon lodging a complaint to the freshmenu customer support they responded saying they will look up to the issue but after 2 days and after multiple emails for enquiry on what action has been taken, they stopped responding to my mails completely. I am fed up with their service, as on a previous occasion too, i had hair in the food and i had lodged a complaint earlier too and no action was taken. I have email proof of all the conversation of this complaint and the previous complaint too. Please take the necessary action and ban this joke of an organisation.

It was a really bad experience placing my first order with fresh menu as i had placed a pre order early morning and have been informed 5 minutes before the order delivery time that the order is cancelled due to going out of stock, how can u guys take a pre order and then say that the item is out of stock and initimate me 5 minutes prior delivery schedule time. Also i had called around 10.30 am to modify the delivery and why did u not inform me then i would have made alternative arrangements accordingly. Now due to this i had to stay hungry during my scheduled break time. Also i had placed the order using coupon code grab30 which i am unable to use anymore and also cannot avail the amazon pay cash back offer for first time users. Moreover the amazon pay balance you credited is still not reflecting on my amazon pay balance for me to place a fresh order.

the money has been deducted without order confirmation

On 15.05.18 I ordered on Freshmenu through TEZ app, the money got deducted but they did not confirm the order. After repetitive attempt of getting in touch with them, they dropped a mail saying the money will be deposited back in my bank within 24-48 hours. It has been 8 days after that, and I have not received any refund.
Now when I asked them about the status they told me that I should contact my bank for this. But it has been deposited already to their bank, and I have a proof of it but they still disagreeing saying they have not received it.

Order no.10509940. On 5th march’18. My friends and i usually order from fm. But not anymore. Despite of repeated calls and complain about the wrong order there is no response for the same. We were served chicken hakka noodles instead of veg. We called them atleast thrice to complain and were promised that someone would come and collect the order and give us our refund as it was cod. No refund was initiated and no one has either or contacted for the same till date i. E.21/04/2018z..

I ordered one punjabi combo from freshmenu.
Chana was uncooked and hard. Still i ate it. And what comes next is food poisoning. Had the food around 10:30 and from 3'o clock i started having vomiting and loose motions.
Horrible experience. Had to take off from my office and 2-3 dosage of medicines. Still trying to recover. Please do something about it.
They are playing with people's health and money. This should be stopped.

lachha paratha layered with plastic / paper

We ordered food from fresh menu. The lachha paratha was covered with a thin layer of plastic/paper. This is absolute disregard to the health of people. They are basically selling poison.
The cooked readymade paratha with a layer of plastic/paper on it.
First of all it's not fresh - stop calling yourself freshmenu. You are selling pre-cooked refrigerated paratha stored in paper / plastic.
Secondly it's poisonous.

Worst experience . Received food with very very less quantity, not worth even a penny . Chicken was not cooked properly . It was stinking .It's not standard quantity . It was very less . My friends always order from fresh menu and the quantity is good always . This is the first time I received less quantity . Very bad

Hi team,
This is a complaint about your customer care department and about your delivery timing.
My order i'd is 9283805
I received my order around 8:00 pm today, i gave the cash to the delivery boy who did not had change and he informed he would come to pick up the cash and give back change by 9:00 pm. I waited until 10:00 pm and called freshmenu customer support informing that it's too late and the delivery boy has not showed up, so could he collect the money tommorow rather than coming at late nights... The executive said he will deliver my message to the delivery boy since he too thinks it should not be late night!
But, i got multiple doorbells at 11:30 pm when one other person came collecting the money on behalf of the delivery boy. I asked him if he was informed about the message i sent but he did not had any idea about that!
I was angry and disappointed and called the customer care complaining about it, to my surprise they said they did not receive any calls for delivery changes from my side!!!
This is very bad experience and i am thinking to deactivate my accounts with freshmenu and also alert my friends who keep ordering from there.. This is very unprofessional behaviour!!!

I would like to complain regarding the delivery service. Had place the order on 4th july. Got a call on this number - [protected] saying delivery is on the way.
was waiting for sometime and then i called back on the same contact. the person says he cancelled the order because of non reachable and no response. i was not using the phone at all and there is no network issues here. how can fresh menu cancel the order without your knowledge ??? very very bad service. will definitely forward this.

Serving burnt and unhealthy food & use of low quality products

This is regarding my order for freshmenu placed on 7th and 13th june 2017.
I am complaining regarding the quality of food provided by freshmenu. They have served me burnt burger once. The next time i ordered potato wedges and a few wedges had black bits/dots that were very hard. I googled further, and the intake of such potatoes are very harmful and are due to diseased plants!
Serving such quality food is unacceptable! It could cause food poisoning or even worse.
Furthermore, the amount of money paid is very high for such low quality, disgusting, harmful food served by freshmenu! I had to get my health checked after consuming the food so that i did not develop any kind of allergy or food poisoning.
This is my first experience ever wherein i was served such low quality food which is so harmful for consumption!
I emailed the venture and they reply back saying someone will attend the issue and i am still waiting to talk to someone professional who can actually understand!
Pathetic and worst experience of my life ever! I have travelled all over india and never ever have i confronted food that is served burnt and bad!

Biased availability of certain items.

I was trying to order pizzas from whitefield for the past 3 days around 6:30-7 pm. The option for pizzas grays out i. E. We can't pizzas as they are unavailable.
For reasons known to fresh menu, something that was available at 6:30 gets over at 7 pm, what irony!!! This keeps happening only in the whitefield & marathahalli area and nowhere else in bangalore. Very biased and discriminatory services.
I would strongly recommend we stop buying from this site as this trend may be followed in other areas as well. I have attached photos to justify my case. I solely blame the management for this bias and if they do see this, please rectify asap or this will ruin future potential business.

Dear Fresh-menu Team,
Honestly, I've been a big Fan/Promoter of Fresh Menu right from the early days when the business was started. I don't feel its important for to me to explain as to how much have I put into words to recommend my friends/family whether its at work, home, outdoor; I have always opted Fresh Menu right from a small order to bulk orders for home and office.
I am compelled to share my experiences with fresh-menu, obviously because I would love to see the management taking responsibilities and working towards our feedback. I am not someone who would just write something because of the one time experience. Until yesterday, this is the third time where we have experienced the delay in delivering the food and we totally understand if its a matter of 10-15 minutes more from the expected time, but it has always been way beyond.
What is the meaning of ordering from Fresh Menu when the foods are NOT delivered Fresh? Also my house is not more than 15 minutes from Koramangala Freshmenu. So I don't think it should take "2 hours" for the food to arrive, especially when your family members are excited to wait for the food but all in vain.
Therefore, I just want to conclude with the fact that we love Freshmenu but it has really disappointed us for sometime. I hope that I don't have to come to this forum again to write anything like this.

Order cancelled without intimation

I placed an order and after 1.5hrs called the delivery guy to enquiren and he says the order has been cancelled, talk to customer care. I call them and twice the call gets disconnects after putting me on hold for 3-4min. Finally i get through and they say they dont deliver to thus are anymore. I have got delivered to the same location 4-5 times before. They should at least have the courtesy of informing while placing the order. Made me wait for 2hrs and dont even inform. How pathetic!! And i paid online. Now i have to wait for 5 days to get my mibey back. Not sure if i will. Order no: 2307923

Unjustified charging of money

I placed an order of worth Rs. 200 from freshmenu. But since it couldn't be placed I had to reorder many times. However acc tot he customer care no order was ever placed. But I have been charged 600 rupees (200x3) three different times trying to order the Burger.
The Screenshots will show you wat I mean.As you can see I had a balance of 32, 706.60 but because of the 600 charged it is now 32, 106.60.
