Freshtohome Daily — Milk Delivery

I have taken a subscription to get 2 packets of Amul A2 milk delivered daily. In a month, they will not deliver 2-3 times. When I raise a complaint then will call me saying that they will not repeat this in the future but same gets repeated. Surprisingly the reason they mention for the not delivering is out of stock, customer not reachable, address not found. Do they think us as foola to accept this silly reasons. Also, milk was supposed to deliver by 7:30AM but they will deliver whenever they like mostly after 8 AM. Worst part is their customers service, when we raise the complaint they call blindly without having proper knowledge or checking the data they have. After the first call, then they will escalate it to others, escalation team are also of the same category. If the product wa some other else, then I would have not worried much but it's milk and I want same type of milk to be given to my kids. If it is delayed or not delivered then from where I have to get the milk as I will be not available at that time.
