Order ID # 92398836 dated 14th July 2024. Order 2 packs of boneless chicken and 1 pack of Mutton curry cut, however instead of delivering Mutton 500gm pack they deliverered Chicken curry cut 500gms. I raised ticket multiple tickets time and the response i got those time as image not clear. i dont know what they are expecting inspite of clearly taking photos and sending.

    I have taken a subscription to get 2 packets of Amul A2 milk delivered daily. In a month, they will not deliver 2-3 times. When I raise a complaint then will call me saying that they will not repeat this in the future but same gets repeated. Surprisingly the reason they mention for the not delivering is out of stock, customer not reachable, address not found. Do they think us as foola to accept this silly reasons. Also, milk was supposed to deliver by 7:30AM but they will deliver whenever they like mostly after 8 AM. Worst part is their customers service, when we raise the complaint they call blindly without having proper knowledge or checking the data they have. After the first call, then they will escalate it to others, escalation team are also of the same category. If the product wa some other else, then I would have not worried much but it's milk and I want same type of milk to be given to my kids. If it is delayed or not delivered then from where I have to get the milk as I will be not available at that time.

      For very first day I though milk is not delivered it's ok ..I ignored but second day again milk not delivered then they keep on doing this for conserve 10 days
      I had old parents living with me who need tea in morning
      Because if FTH they started having health issue and mental tension
      Upon giving complaint they return money to wallet but now if they cannot delivered I asked to return money yo my bank
      Which they are reducing and simply closing cases without any answers and resolution
      At last instance I ordered rice ..today it is showing as delivered bt still it is not delivered
      Such harassment to customers

        Fth daily have refer and earn feature. So I have referred my friends and earned around 4400 points in my fth app wallet But the company have now blocked my account So I am not able to use my 4400 points in my fth wallet.

        This is unfair business practice used by company because company regularly advertised its referral feature in the app to its customers But after customer earns referral money, he /she is blocked from using the account.

        I am sure that fth daily is using such unfair business practices with other customers as well I hope that you will take proper action so that other companies doesn't follow this

          I'm using this app since 10 days. I took the subscription for Heritage toned Milk. I received only 5 or 6 deliveries. Since 20th May I did not receive the milk. No customer care executive will talk over phone. No mails were answered. I think these people are literally cheating the customers. They are stealing the money of the customers. Nobody resolve these issues.

            I am using the app fth for daily milk delivery. I have paused the subscription from 25.10.19 to 29.10.19 for 3 nandini milk packet. There was no milk delivered for the mentioned dates. However my wallet was charged rs 390 for all the above dates. I have called the customer care but they asked me to send mail. I have raised complaint via mail on 2.11.19 but till date they have not resolved the issue. This app appears to be fake and they wipe away with people money.
            They give auto generated mail that complain will get resolved in 12 hours but all in vain

            Placed 1st order on 9th sept 20 still the MILK of rs 69, 1.5 ltr not yet delivered, no communication from fth. Lost money n mental peace, can't trust this fraud app. No customer care support.
