Freshtohome Daily — no refund for undelivered milk

I am using the app fth for daily milk delivery. I have paused the subscription from 25.10.19 to 29.10.19 for 3 nandini milk packet. There was no milk delivered for the mentioned dates. However my wallet was charged rs 390 for all the above dates. I have called the customer care but they asked me to send mail. I have raised complaint via mail on 2.11.19 but till date they have not resolved the issue. This app appears to be fake and they wipe away with people money.
They give auto generated mail that complain will get resolved in 12 hours but all in vain

Placed 1st order on 9th sept 20 still the MILK of rs 69, 1.5 ltr not yet delivered, no communication from fth. Lost money n mental peace, can't trust this fraud app. No customer care support.

VERY PATHETIC AND CHEAP Service

My fth account is disabled because I referred my friends to fth daily 😑
