I placed online order thru. Freshtohome app., paid advance money of rs.352.50 for fresh kerala sardine fish (500 gms.) & fresh raw chicken (1 kg) on 14/03/2018, vide their order no. Sthd182125. The items were delivered on 15/03/2018 at 4:17 pm. When i opned the packaged fish to make, found it to be spolied, completely rotton and inedible condition. I called their customercare no. And lodged my complaint. They offered first to replace the item but i asked for refund of my full amount as penalty which they did not agree. I am a medical paitent and by god grace got saved from eating the rotton fish which was delivered by freshtohome foods private limited. The company claims to deliver fresh fish, meat, poultry which is not happened in this case due to their lack of quality control, bad management, they are playing with health and life of general public and especially when it comes patient like me who got influenced with their mock c, aim of supplying fresh from shore, chemical free fish. I now demand a compensation of rs.5 lacs on account of cheating, mistrust caused for supplying rotton food item inseat of fresh, mental agony, distrabance, risk to my health, and lesson for the management of freshtohome foods private limited, for no to cheat public again.
