Ordered a fully automatic washing machine and fridge from them. The washing machine never worked. Once the timer starts, it will stop after a bit and water will keep flowing without end. They said they provide free service but they always do not pick up the phone or keep it switched off and when they do pick up, they say they will come soon but never show up. The whole store is just scamming people. The 4.9 star rating has been botted as you can see the same name giving 5 star reviews with similar generic sentences. Was this information helpful? |
