Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing this to you in regard to file a complaint against Front Tech.
A company that happened to offer me a form filling task (for 10 days) and promising to pay an amount for that.
Unfortunately, after a few days of working, the website crashed and I had to restart the work all over again. (The company refused to check on this matter when contacted).
Hence, I couldn't complete the task in the given time. Got no response on contacting them, shortly later they started contacting through emails asking to pay an extension fee of 8500rs, for 5-6 days of extension. On refusing to pay the amount, they've been pressurising me to pay a compensation amount of 4500rs, to which they are also putting legal pressure and threatening me.
Few of my known people who were also previously doing this (and submitted the work on time) were all accused of having mistakes more than the cutoff in the work.Which we all firmly believe isn't possible. And they were asked to pay the compensation amount.
Therefore, it's a humble request to look into this matter and take suitable action as I believe it's a way to con people.
