I was finding job from home then got a call from an executive of frontech company named rahul desai number [protected] ) to fill 1500 within 10 days then i started completed the work from very next day and submitted on its submission date and i checked my work twice it was totally accurate but after 2 days they send me that my qc report is fail and now their advocate is calling & mailing me to pay Rs. 4500 and threatening to file a case against me . Please help me i can't pay any money in fact i can't afford to pay.

I am Abhimanyu from Indore have taken an online work from the Frontech company
A girl (Rajvi Patel) called me and given the work taken I'd proof and all, , , the work is to complete the 1500 forms with 1350 forms to be filled correct (90% accuracy) within 10 days
I have completed the work which they have provided me within the duration and submitted. After that they generated a Quality Check (QC) REPORT in which there should only contain the wrong forms typed but they added the right forms also to prove me that I have not done my work right . i.e actually there is only 103 wrong forms but they added 160 right forms which makes the total of 263 forms they says it's wrong but I have the screenshots and every proof to claim that I have done the right work and with these proofs I mailed to helpline then they replied you have used third party application to complete the work
Now the reasons changed for them, , , their main Moto is to not to pay my amount
Now their so called advocate started calling me and harrassing me to pay Rs4500 before 1 pm on 13 June 2019 otherwise you have to deal with the court for the further proceedings and their you have to Rs60, 000 for the company's loss also, , , he mailed me ( I will add the screenshots below check this)
I want my amount to be paid at earliest because I was doing this just to continue my study(MBA) expenses
Please do the needful sir as soon as possible.

I completed a job of 1500 forms for Frontech. Now in my QC report most of the forms are correct but they are shown in incorrect forms list. Today their lawyer mailed me demanding me to deposit 15550 by 11AM of 19 June 2019 otherwise they will take legal action against me as they have a contract on legal document with me. They got it done on pretext of my sign and passport size photo without my consent that they will be using in that way.
What should I do now? Should I pay them or not?

This company provided an agreement for form filling job on June 3rd and told to fill 1500 forms in 10 days within June 14. As per the agreement I had to get an accuracy of 90% with at least 1350 correct forms. I didn't get the accuracy and as per the agreement I paid them Rs.4500. Soon after that, I got a call from their legal department asking to pay Rs.25000 more. They threatened to file a case in the court under section 420 and if so I will have to pay Rs.45000 at the court so that the contract can be closed. No information regarding the cancellation of contact was specified in the agreement. Kindly help.

We have completed 1500 forms out of which some were incorrect and now they are saying if you want to continue please pay 18000 and if you want to cancel please pay 45000...i already payed them 129500/- which was written on the agreement and legal charges and now they are harassing me with calls mails whatsapp and text stating they have dispatched the court orders etc and will take legal action.. i even told them you haven’t mentioned once also about the continuation or cancellation in the contract they say you have to pay or else come to the courts and pay 2.80 lacs.
Please help me out out. And if you can even get the 12950/- back from them.

One day i was contacted by a company called frontech located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra for an online job position. They was told to e mail my photo identification, which i sent them the same day. Then i was made to sign a so called application for a job position. The job included filling 1500 salary forms for employees out of country. I was given 10 days to fill out the forms. As being a starter i never doubted anything that was told to me. But when i started my job and started to doing my work. I came into knowledge that the forms looked really fake. I searched the companies name on internet and it showed lots of complaints about the company. But i atill continued doing my job. But on june 6th, my aunty i.e my dads brothers wife passed away. So i had to do my responsibilities and i did not get a chance to finish my work within the given time period. So i demanded some more time to finish my given work. But the company started demanding for lots of money i.e Rs. 9500. I have been harassed for the money from long. The company only offered me Rs 30000 as monthly salary but when i couldnt finish work within given time they started demanding money which i thought was not fair for a starter like me. I have no income at the moment. How can i provide the company with that amount. I have been threatened that i will have to go to jail and i ll receive a legal notice . They said u have to 80 k (80000) to company . I told to shrithi patel . If i have money so why should i work for you. if i do not pay them the money. Out of 1500 forms i submitted 700. But because of family issues i was not able to fill all of them. I am willing to finish the given work but i will need some more time to do so. I got a call from this company and they asked for my ID proof and name (not signature) to be written on a blank screen on their app. And later mailed me the agreement where my handwritten name is used as signature on it. And when I tried calling them, they didn't pick my call and just have sent the login details so that i start working. Now when I searched on Google, I got to know that they are fraud and hence I dont want to work nor I can afford to pay the penalty of 7500/-. Please take some action against them, they are really fooling innocent people who is struggling to make some money for their living.

My name is priya sunil sawale.i am Engineering student. I searched for online jobs for my pocket money issues and put ads as click india. On 6 june 2019 i recieved a call from a unknown number (Protected) her name was anita.she asked me to do home based simple typing job, i said yes then she said you have to do 1500 forms filling work in 9 days she offered me to submit id proof through her whatsapp number (Protected) i gave my id details then she signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4500 penalty charges if i failed to do the work in given time. On same they send me id & password for online work which should be completed by 16 june 2019 i have completed my work by 16 june i have checked my forms twice with my friends and i had some doubts regarding my work i sent so may mails to the helpline mail id of the company also call them but there was no response from their side. I had submitted my work on 16 june 2019. Then they generate a qc report failed which showed that your 250 forms are wrong out of 900 which was impossible and then a advocate has called me his name was sahil saxena, on 19 june 2019 he forced me to pay 4500 penalty charges before 3 pm to clear out or close your agreement. If not paid he replied me "see you in the court".

It was all well-planned fraud.

Am totally stressed.

Please take a strict action against these type of frauds.

On date 5/6/19 i applied for this job. They told me to complete 1500 forms within 10 days. I worked day and night and completed this forms in 10days and they are telling me that my QC report is failed . now they are asking me to pay 4500 rs . now i got call from advocate associate he is telling that i filed case on you.

I got a call from them on 30th may regarding this work. Rohit Saxena was the representative, this is her mail id ([protected]@gmail.com). I started working from the very next day. I was supposed to summit 1350 correct forms out of 1500. Which i submitted on 2nd of june. Upon asking about the wrong qc report, i got a call and mail from their advocate mr. Anuj gupta from maharashtra asking about money else they will file a legal case against me.

In the qc report many of the forms are allegedly shown as wrong but they are correct. I have asking them about the same for a day now. Every time i write a mail to them regarding an answer to this i got a mail or call from advocate. They are threatening and harassing me for money through legal notice.

I want to file a complaint against them as they are calling me again and again for money and not explaining anything.

I paid 4500 Rs for not getting into any trouble, now they are asking more around 18000 rs for cancelling contract. I am not willing to pay any money to them.

I see on this portal many people have lodge complain against them but no action has been taken to stop them

Iam from kerala. I got a call from frontech company on7th june to do a form filling work. I completed the work today and sumbitted. But today i saw a lot of complaints about this company. But i dont get any confirmation call from the company. I need to cancel my agreement. I found that this company was, fraud, they cheat with people so i decided to complaint thia company. These provide me form filling work from home and took my email id and adharcard ID photo. Next thing they gave me wrong information and after knowing that they are not giving proper information I tried to cancel my work, but now they are demanding money from me. Also I saw many people have complained against them.

This is regarding online data entry work, but as seen the various complaints about the company. He is not willing to work for that.

I m his guardian, he was not aware about any agreement made by the company and without any agreement witness.He is not willing to work without my permission.So cancel this agreement of online work as soon as possible.They didn't tell anything about the agreement during the telephonic conversation was happened.

On date 3/6/19 i gat a call from sweta patel regrading form filling job.
They told me to completet 1500 forms in 10 days and they will pay 20rs for each form. If the forms are not 90% accurate they told to pay 4500rs.
as i completed my work in 10 days and submitted them on email ([protected]@gmail.com). They told me that your QC report is fail. and i have to pay 4500rs registration charges. i paid this amount on 15/6/19 at 3:30 pm. then i got a call from associate advocate that your payment is successful.
and he told you will get a call from NOC department.
At 4 i got call from NOC and they told me that you want to cancel or continue the agreement. when i told them to cancel the agreement they asked me to pay 15510 rs and if you want to continue the agreement you have to pay 18500rs.i declined them to pay to amount.they told me i will case on u..i put their cl on reject list .after sometime I got msg from them that they put me a internet case[protected].

They call me every day for submitting the payment but I am not able to pay amount.

On 30th of May, a woman named Anika Sharma, contacted me for data typing work of 1500 forms to be completed with 90% accuracy in 10 days.
They have made me sign a contract, according to which if i fail to achieve 90%accuracy, will have to pay 4, 500 as the registration fees.
After the successful submission of my work. They declared that my QC report is failed and i have to pay to the company. A lawyer contacted me and tried to frighten me by all means, stating that i might have imprisonment and court cases and asked for Rs. 5100.
I paid Rs. 5100, as stated in the agreement.
But after that, they still kept on harassing me by asking for 18k and 40k for agreement purposes, though it was completely invalid.
Everyday they send either some kind of notices or filthy WhatsApp message to frighten to destroy my career etc.
I request the complaint authority to kindly look into the matter.

I have given my driving licence and email id. I took the work and I have failed to do my work with 90% accuracy. Now they are proceeding legally and demanding more than the agreement amount without giving any time they are going legally and they filed a case against me.help me to solve the issue. As I am a poor student and I can't be able to pay the money. And they are not giving any concession in the amount.

So because of this i paid 4500 as stated in the agreement and after that also they are asking me to pay the 2 times of the registration fee to continue or if you want to terminate you have to pay 3 times of the registration amount .
I am not willing to pay the amount anymore so I want to file a complaint against them as they are calling and messaging me again and again...so kindly help me to resolve this issue

Showed my interest in data entry job. and got a call from Keni Roy ([protected]). She told me about 30000 salary and asked me for my id proof and passport size photograph with my signature on a blank paper (App) and i sent them my id proof photo and signature on a blank paper (App). after some time i got an agreement photo with my signature automatically on it and that fake agreement made me relaize they r not real so i just messaged them that this is fake i dont want to work. now they are sending me emails to pay ₹7500 or fight case in maharashtra. The advocate is blackmailing me.
Sir/Mam: I am a pregnant women, my delivery is about to be on july and they are mentally torching me and forcing me to work for them, and during pregnancy no one should force the women.

And first thing this is not a company. They didn’t provide any offer letter just a fake agreement.

Please take action against them as I can see lots of complaint against them.

I got a call from a person named rohit. He was from frontech company ([protected]@gmail.com).
He offered me a data entry work of 1500 pages @ rs.20 each. I filled all the forms within the limit. They were supposed to send me the qc report and i was supposed to fill 1350 forms correct out of 1500. But now they are claiming that i filled the forms incorrect and now they filed a case against me and asking for 7500 money 4500 for company and 3000 for advocates. The advocate Divya Jadav adv.jadhav.divya.[protected]@gmail.com is constantly mailing and calling me also i got an official notice by this [protected]@gmail.com pls help me i am a student pls help me as soon as possible and i had spent my labour filling 1500 forms pls help me to get the payment of my work. Also i want to ask if there are so much complaints registered on this company why dnt it is being closed till now

I signed up for the form filling work from frontech company. I submitted my aadhar card details. But received a legal document from them. But i read about that company on consumer complaints and decided not to work. I haven't recieved my username and password yet. I don't know either is company is fraud or not. I simply call them as ask for opt out because legally i have not started any work. They are forcing me to do the work because they said you have signed the agreement. Now i am writing this. I do not want to take risc so i do not want to work for them and i am worried that they can file a lawsuite.
Also i checked their office address on maps. There was no place on maps.
