I am a regular consumer of various products of Haldiram for last many years. On 5-1-2017, after opening the pack of ‘Diet Murmura’ of Haldiram, I was very grieved and appalled to note that one small cockroach, dead since fried, was found in this pack. The detail of the pack are as under :-

Six related images, captured thereof, are attached for reference. I have put the content back in the pack & stapled and have retained for future reference.
I lodged a complaint with the Company by sending a mail on [protected]@haldiram.com on the same day but they have not yet responded.
It is requested that the necessary action may please be taken in the matter.
