I had applied for renewal of my food licence and paid rs. 1471 online at this site but these people have cheated me and not responding properly. Is seems it a fake site. Please take action so that they should not food more people.

I got cheated as well by www.foodlicense.co.in . They show the payment is successful then say that the form is incomplete and havent received the form. I have been following since four months for refund. No one picks up the call and I get one word generic replies on whatsapp
Www.foodlicense.co.in, I got cheated. After online payment no one picks up the call and if by chance they pick they says generic reply. I am putting Fir not for the money but I don't want no one should get cheated again. I will put more money to screw this frauds at earliest, police will take action within some days. These are cyber frauds.

This is a cheating site, they took my money and not even responding to my queries and not refunding my money. I tried reaching them thru call, watsapp & email but no response from them.
No one is ready to take action against them, also they kept their site name like a government site and cheating people.
Kindly let me know if anyone got refund or any proper guidance to take legal action against them.

Govinda. R. (Ph no.[protected]) has misusing my email id, and he got the fssai license in my name. Now he is using that license for fraud activities which may spoils the people's health by offering them with some unquality food products.
He is distributing herbalife products with my fssai license
So i kindly request u to plz cancel the below mentioned license, and plz tske a serious action against him

Myself, sampath yamijala would like to bring it to your notice that on 10/31/2019 we ordered veg pulao and this place called t-grill @ nanakramguda and there were non veg pieces in the box. We being brahmins are very cautious about the place and food we order and this issue is now on traditional grounds. We would really like to know what went wrong at the restaurant and a thorough audit to be done.

I received bad and different food from swiggy than what I have ordered and when I call to swiggy executive they told me we will not help you regarding this . hearing this type of excuse from thi type of big company swiggy I am very disappointed so I want to complain regarding this

On 1/12/19, I visit Jay Maharashtra Chicken Shop, Sainath Nagar, Solanki School, in front of Hanuman Temple, Virar East, Maharashtra. Here it is. The eggs taken from here are made from fake and chemical. Please take action as soon as possible

Hi myself akshay gampa so recently i visited this food restaurant called mrcb at padmarao nagar the issue was actually i ordered a egg biryani i asked if the quantity he said 2 person can eat i told to give him 1 he said not possible later i went to my home and opened the pack i was really out of my mind my fuse was gone the quantity was so full that i couldn't do anything and the manager at the counter was little arrogant and rude i don't want this type if restaurant in padmarao nagar where they don't treat their customers in a nice way please fssai don't encourage this type of restaurant are still running which is bad please close this restaurant they treated me badly and i didn't get my money back.

We had chicken biriyani from the "City Palace Family Restaurant", Opp.Pazhavangadi Temple, Trivandrum.
After having food onwards we are facing heavy abdominal pain, fatigue and vomiting. Severe headache also.
The odor and taste of the food was not normal.
we consulted doctor due to severe fatigue, headache and vomiting.
And it is confirmed that it is due to food.

grievance redressal over nandos food safety failure

I would like to bring this to your notice that while i was dining in nando's elante mall chandigarh on 9th march, saturday at around 1:30pm. We had ordered a vegetarian mediterranean salad and to our surprise found an alive green coloured worm in it (Pictures and videos attached). To me as a consumer this is food hygeine and sanitation faliure of highest level for nando's and request fssai to please look into this matter of high importance. We are not sure if we have ingested any dead or alive worm before finding this one moving in our plate. It is of no doubt of how much damage a worm can do, god forbid if someone has to go through surgery or paralysis because of nando's ignorance. I have no idea if nando's rejected the batch of leave in which the worm was discovered. I would request you to launch a thorough inspection in this matter so that nando's strictly fssai's food safety protocols to insure no other consumer has this kind of experience. I have trust that fssai will look into it with immediate effect. Hoping to receive a reply soon. Thanking you.

I am a resident of pune. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. I have been cheated by one mrs. Tyagi bhavna under the care of delhi address of mr. Mahesh nitaram of r z 268 f/f tilak nagar, vishnu garden, new delhi. I have been cheated by her as she sold me 5 packets of seeds weighing 60 grams each, at the rate of rupees 45, 000 /- per packet. The packets don't contain any isi certification, nor fssai certification which is mandatory by law. This lady doesn't have any invoice attached to the packets, nor any gst registration. But she sells these seeds to consumers all over india. She operates her account with the help of nine associates of her who reside in delhi. I purchased those seeds as i was cheated by this lady as well as one mrs. Elizabeth. I tried to return the packets on two occasions but on both occasions the same was refused to be accepted. The address has been given by me which i have found. She has not registered her company with any government authority, but operates her business of sixty crores 's annual turnover very shrewdly. I herewith provide you the telephone numbers of the fraudsters who have swindled me and cheated me by three lacs nearly. There are several telephone numbers of hers but all are switched off intentionally. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. I request you earnestly to kindly initiate a thorough enquiry into the murky dealings of the lady mrs. Tyagi bhavna, so that she would behave appropriately and maybe return my money by which i have been cheated. Thanking you for your cooperation and support i remain yours sincerely.

pride plaza hotel aerocity delhi

We had a group stay for a wedding at pride plaza hotel delhi from 19-21st february 2019. During our stay of approx 25 people have suffered from food poisoning and 8 of them have been admitted in hospitals due to severe infection and dehydration. What action can we take against the hotel.
The attitude of the hotel staff was extremely casual and they wanted to put the blame on the other hotels for bad quality of food. However out of the wedding party of 500 people only the people staying at pride plaza have been affected by the food poisoning and we don't suspect or doubt the food quality of any other hotel.

Sir, since 5 years a manufacturer of packaged drinkink water brand name fiji aqua situated at ethelbari, near sangam hotel under block and p. S. Falakata. District alipurduar, w. B.
He have no bis number, no fssai registration, and no any leagal documents, in residencw area he is running his business in very large scale along with 5/7 vehicle, which is very ilegal and manufacturing in unhygenic condition, wecomplained many times to fssai inspector, district magistrate, but the result is zero. Please take necessary steps as soon as possible

Corruption in FSSAI
We the small traders association of Kangayam, Tirupur District in Tamil Nadu have been greatly affected by corrupt officers of the FSSAI. The yearly licence fees of Rs.2000 for traders & Rs. 3000 for manufacturing units is itself very exorbitant for small manufacturing units & shop owners. The only service provided is issue of certificate which does not justify the collection of the above fees. To add to the woes of small traders & shop owners, local food safety officer S. Raghunathan is collecting huge sums of money as bribes for the issue of FSSAI certificate. He demands upto Rs.10, 000 for issue of new certificate & Rs. 6, 000 every year for renewal. Those who refuse to pay are threatened with non issue or cancellation of licence along with heavy fines. He justifies the bribes saying that he has to pay his higher ups. Will the government take notice & save small traders?

FSSAI Corruption

Small traders & shop owners are being heavily burdened by the system of FSSAI certification. Tamil Nadu, Tirupur District, Kangayam block Food Safety Officer S.Raghunathan is collecting exorbitant amounts of money from even small grocery shops & eateries as bribes for grant & renewal of FSSAI licence. Those who don't pay are refused licence & threatened with penal action. Bribes run into Rs. 8, 000 per licence. At a time when the Govt is promoting "Make in India" this kind of corruption is very detrimental to the development of the nation. Even the fees of Rs. 2000 for non-manufacturing units & Rs. 3000 for manufacturing units is meant only to fill the coffers of the Govt without providing any value or service to the licence holders. Apart from this FSSAI officers become very rich without paying tax & also burdening hardworking people. Will the Govt take necessary action?

with due respect i need to bring one scam in your notice which is happening in your beet, partap jaiswal owner of laxmi dairy is selling bymilk product which contain harmfull bacteria & which is not fit for human consumption, same happened with me that is why i am complaining
yesterday i had cottage chesse from laxmi dairy due to fast . Yesterday night only my health condition became worse. Had vomitting, stomach cramp, body ache, fever, i went to the m.B.B.S doctor in morning who daignosed me with food poisioning.
2 nd reason if i took this to my home it could be fatal to my small childs, which could result in seviour problem .
Now in legall terms i am writing complaint to ministry of health, fssai board & iso 9001: 22001
my request is to take this product for food sampling & testing & till that time of reports do not allow him to sell cottage chesse
in morning when i went to his shop he misbehaved with me, tried to influence my rights with his power.
Please take some serious effort to remove this kind illegal activity in which a shop owner sells old expired toxic product to innocent people, just not to bear loss, & plays with health safty of citizen. Who keep on (unknowly) having this noxtic food.
