Why do u require time till 12 March 2022, does it takes one week to investigate ??? And want to inform u that today payment of 7379 is auto debited from my account, so what's happening, do u guys even know what are u doing ???? just putting blame on each other, mi credit is also not interested to help customers, not is Fullerton, when it comes to collecting money u guys are very fast, collection calls starts from the very next day that u miss emi and when it comes to resolving customers issue u guys need a time of one week, pathetic support and pathetic company, i will raise this issue ok consumer court because u guys are just harassing me mentally, and when u guys have attempted the payment on 4 March why can't u check it in your systems, are your system so old that it takes 7 days to investigate????
