Recovery agent of Fulltron Indian finance are calling to my contact list and giving them badwords, i have phone recording of it, , pls i request you to take action against them

We wish to inform you that our representatives have followed up with the intent to persuade you to make a payment for the overdue amount. During such follow ups they have been trained to treat customers with dignity and respect and in line with the Fair Practice code laid down by the Regulator.
