[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — Cheating done by the company | |||
I am a new customer of fullerton india credit company pvt ltd. I took the loan (Loan application reference no.[protected] in month of march, 2017. I got the loan from fullerton company, panaji - goa branch through one of the agent named pushpashil kawlekar. After discussing the whole matter regarding loan in detail, he agreed to provide me a loan of 60, 000.00 Which later i got to know that he had increased to 1, 00, 000.00 without my knowlede, i received a call from your head office which confirmed that i would get a loan of 60, 000.00 and the i was later called to the branch and made to sign on the half filled forms, giving me an excuse that he needed to leave early and would later fill the document once the head office approves the loan and the percentage of interest which would be below 22% or so., and would send me the details by message or mail (Date 25/3/2017). After this i used to call him regularly asking him about the emi but he always avoided or said he was not at work, etc Now when a deduction was made towards the emi i. E. 4019 for the month of may, 2017. I later called the agent (Pushpashil kawlekar) he informed me that the head office later confirmed an interest of 37%, which was shocking and so i told he that i needed all details of the loan asap or i would come to the branch to collect them, for which he told me that the branch was experiencing some network problems and could not connect to the main server and hence could not give me the details. I only got to know the complete truth yesterday i. E 9/5/17 when i saw the documents sent to me from your head office which had new details added i. E. 37% rate of interest, 4 years tenure, etc. I cannot tolerate such cheating, So i don't want this loan anymore i will repay the entire amount which was deposited in my account anytime u ask me. Waiting for your positive reply. Or else i will be forced to file a complaint, with the concerned authorities. Collections agent giving account details and asking family member to ask the debtor is it fair as per fair collections policy, If it was for me I would have understood but they are are trying to harassing a Senior Citizen, who has no reltion to the loan.
