[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — collection department of fullerton india harassing me | |||
India fullerton bank bhopal had given loan to my brother gopal vitore who resides in bhopal. As he has recently lost a job and is not earning right now, he was not able to pay the installments. He visited the bank and conveyed the same thing and told them he would be paying it in small amounts but soon. But the collection people are calling me continuously and harassing me and threatening me that they will be contacting my in laws and recover money. The loan is in my brother's name but i am the one who's getting calls. Also they called up my old neighbour and harassed her and her husband saying that i have taken the loan and given their number in reference. Whereas the loan is not in my name and also there is no connection between my neighbour and my brother's financial matters. The collection people are also calling me and others from their personal mobile numbers and defaming me and my reputation amongst my friend and relatives. I have also recorded their calls where they have mentioned the amount of loan my brother has taken. On 14 sep 2017 we deposited 50000 rs to the loan account with a commitment to the bank that the rest 10000rs will be paid to the bank in oct 2017 but the collection department has again started calling me and started threatening that my friend's and relatives will be again contacted. I do understand if my brother has a loan going on his name, why are my close ones getting harrased? I am recently in a severe medical condition and i am still recovering. But due the collection calls i am under stress and facing health issues.
